JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P2representation. As per Ext.P2 representation, thepetitioner seeks instalment facility to wipe off the loanavailed from the second respondent bank.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court directs the second respondent to consider andpass orders on Ext.P2 representation preferred by thepetitioner.

3. Although the learned counsel for therespondents submit that this Court shall make a pre-condition to deposit an initial amount, this Court isnot persuaded to accept the said suggestion,inasmuch as, the relief being granted is only Although the learned counsel for the consideration of Ext.P2 representation.
