JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by an autorickshawdriver. The matter is related to parking ofautorickshaws in city limits. The similar mattergained attention of the State Transport AppellateTribunal, Ernakulam, noting that the Governmentnotification does not applicable to ThrissurDistrict and ordered that permits shall be grantedwithout such restrictions. The judgment of theState Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam isproduced as Ext.P3. The said judgment had also gotapproval in Exts.P4 judgment of this Court.
In the light of the above judgments, therespondents are directed to give permit to thepetitioner as applied for in tune with Ext.P3judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal,Ernakulam within a period of one month from thedate of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
