O R D E R
This is an application for anticipatory bail filed underSection 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. The crime was registered alleging offencespunishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 427, 452, 506 andread with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. When this matter is taken up for consideration, thelearned Public Prosecutor would submit that offence underSection 452 of the Indian Penal Code is deleted and theremaining offences are bailable only.
In view of the same, this Bail Application is dismissed.
