Hon’ble Irshad Hussain,J. Hon’ble M.M.Ghildiyal,J.

The petitioners by the present petition have prayed for issue of a writ in the nature of mandamus to command the respondents to pay to the petitioner their salary in the pay scale of Rs. 1100-1710 as it is being given to the teachers who are B.T.C./C.T. with effect from the date of their appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only to the disposal of the representations by the opposite parties in a specified period.

The prayer is innocuous and deserves to be accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that the representations of the petitioners dated 16.06.1998 and 06.01.2000 contained in annexure no.6 and 7 to the writ petition shall be disposed of finally within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
