This is an application for anticipatory bail filed underSection 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in an unknowncrime for an offence punishable under Section 420 of IndianPenal Code.
3. When the matter was taken up for considerationtoday, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that no crimewas registered against the petitioner in Pariyaram MedicalCollege Police Station, Kannur.
4. Recording that fact, the bail application isdisposed of with a direction to the Station House Officer,Pariyaram Medical College Police Station, Kannur not toarrest the petitioner until a notice under Section 41A ofCr.P.C. has been served upon him, in case a crime for a non-bailable offence is registered against him in that Police BAIL APPL. NO. 10511 OF 2022
