The petitioner was pursing her studies under the respondent University for Computer Application Course (Off campus), whodid not obtain the marks as expected, pursuant to which she hasfiled Ext.P1 application for revaluation, simultaneously seekingfor scrutiny of the marks vide Ext.P2; which are pendingconsideration before the respondents. The relief sought for is tocause the same to be considered and finalized within areasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentUniversity, who submits that the scrutiny will be conducted withintwo weeks and that as per the relevant provisions of Regulations,the University is having 60 days' time to publish the revaluationresult after the last date notified for receiving the applications;which will expire only on 29.1.2013. The learned StandingCounsel submits that the revaluation result also will be published W.P.C. No.31200 of 2012

on or before 29.1.2013.
The above submission is recorded and the writ petition isdisposed of accordingly.
