Mrs. Pushpa Joshi, Advocate for the petitioners.

Mr. N.P. Sah, Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners has filed the present writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to promote them after determining the seniority in the department. Without adverting to the controversy raised in the present writ petition, the Court dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioners to move a fresh representation before the authority concerned annexing the earlier representations. If such representation is filed, the authority concerned will decide the same by reasoned and speaking orders within six weeks from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order. Certified copy of the order shall be made available to the parties concerned on payment of usual charges within 24 hrs.
