JUDGMENT
The petitioner, the owner of stage carriagebearing No.KL-9/D 3456, applied for regular permitas per Ext.P2. Ext.P2 is pending disposal. Thepetitioner also filed Ext.P4 application for theissue of a temporary permit. Ext.P4 applicationis also not disposed of. The relief prayed for inthe Writ Petition is for the issue of a writ ofmandamus or other appropriate writ, direction ororder commanding the second respondent to placeExt.P2 application before the Regional TransportAuthority and directing the second respondent toconsider and dispose of Ext.P4 application. Thelearned Government Pleader on instructions submitsthat the relief prayed for in the Writ Petition canbe granted.
