This is Correction Application MCRC No. 1020 of 2011, for correction on the bail order dated 21.12.2011, passed by this Court on Bail Application No. 1220 of 2011.
The correction sought is bona fide. The correction application is allowed. At the end of the order dated 21.12.2011, instead of expression “Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital” expression “Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani” be substituted.
