The limited prayer in this petition is for a direction toJFCM Court, Karunagappally to consider the bail application tobe filed by the petitioner on the date of his surrender itselfbefore the said court.

2. It appears that the petitioner was arrayed as anaccused in Crime No.334 of 1999 and after taking cognizance, due to the default of the accused, the case against him wasincluded in the L.P.Register as L.P.No.157 of 2008. Thepetitioner has given reasons as to why he could not appearbefore the court and now he prays for a direction to the courtbelow to consider his bail application on the date of hissurrender itself.

Hence, this petition is disposed of directing thepetitioner to surrender before the court concerned within twoweeks from today and if an application for bail is moved by thepetitioner, the court concerned may make every endeavour todispose of it on the same day.
