This writ petition is filed by the petitionerseeking the following reliefs:-

I.Call for the records leading toExt.P3 notice issued by the respondentand quash the same by issuing a writ ofcertiorari.ii.Issue a writ of mandamus or anyother appropriate writ, order ordirections, commanding the respondent toconsider Ext.P4 request submitted by thepetitioner for endorsement of tax at non-transport rate and pas necessary ordersin the matter to endorse tax at the rateapplicable to non-transport vehicle.

2. However, today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submitted that already a crime is registered against the 4[th] respondent bythe Puthencruz police as Crime No.1298/2020 and the4[th] respondent is already arrested.

3. Learned counsel for the petitionersubmitted that, the writ petition can be disposedof recording the same. Therefore, after hearinglearned counsel for the petitioner and the learnedGovernment Pleader, this writ petition is disposed

of recording that already crime is registered and the 4[th] respondent, against whom allegations aremade by the petitioner is arrested by the police.

The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
