O R D E R
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.62/2011 of KumblaExcise Range for offence punishable under Section 55(a) of the Abkari Act.He was apprehended on 09-12-2011 for having found possessing 7 litres ofIndian Made Foreign Liquor.
2. Taking into account of the period of detention he has alreadyundergone, this petition is allowed and there would be direction to releasethe petitioner on bail on executing a bond for Rs.20,000/-(Rupees TwentyThousand Only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to thesatisfaction of the Committal Court on condition that the petitioner shallreport before the Investigating Officer at 10.00 AM on every Friday for aperiod of 3 months or till the investigation is over.
