THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON29.12.2020, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commandingthe 1[st] respondent to complete the demarcation/re-fixing of boundary proceedingsas per Ext.P3 forthwith.the 1[st] respondent to complete the demarcation/re-fixing of boundary proceedingsas per Ext.P3 forthwith.
ii) To direct the 1[st] respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 representation expeditiously.
iii) Grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for in the circumstances of the case.

2. Subject issue relates to the application submitted by the petitioner forfixation of boundary and other consequential reliefs before the 1[st] respondent. Thesole relief sought for by the petitioner is, early finalisation of Ext.P3 proceedings bythe 1[st] respondent.
Having heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned GovernmentPleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Taluk Surveyor, Adoor,Pathanamthitta, to finalise the proceedings pertaining to Ext.P3, at the earliest andat any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,after providing a notice of participation to all concerned.
