Hon. Irshad Hussain, J. Hon. M.M.Ghildiyal, J.

Heard Sri Vinod Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they were man handled and beaten by the police personals, who have been arrayed as respondents no. 3 to 6 without any reason. The petitioners are alleged to have made complaint to the higher authorities and they are supposed to take proper action in the matter otherwise also, petitioners have appropriate alternative remedy under general criminal law of the country. Therefore, we do not propose to entertain the petition. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
