By the Court

Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and Assistant. Government Advocate.

Applicant-accused was not named in the F.I.R. The recovery has been effected after six months. Considering the value of the items, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Sumit son of Mam Chand, r/o Devlok Colony, P.S. Clementown, Distirct Dehradun be released on bail in case crime no. 16 of 2002, under sections 454, 380, 411 of I.P.C., P.S. Clementown, District Dehradun on his filing a personal bond and adequate sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Dehradun.
