By the Court

Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and Sri H.C.Pande, learned Assistant Government Advocate.

Applicant-accused and his companion took on hire the vehicle bearing no. UA 07/B, 2545. The driver of the vehicle was Subodh Kumar whose dead body with injuries had been recovered later on. The car was hired on 25.09.2002 and next day applicant- accused was arrested alongwith the said vehicle at Delhi. Considering the circumstances appearing as against the applicant-accused, it is not a fit case for bail.

Rejected.
