Heard Ms. Tehmina Punvani, learned counsel for the petitioner. The sole prayer of the petitioner is that his application dated 23.11.2002 annexure 3 to the writ petition submitted before the Consolidation Officer Kichhha, district Udham Singh Nagar filed under section 9 A(2) of the Consolidation of Land Holdings Act has not been disposed of by respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is finally disposed of accordingly.
