CRLR 498 of 2001

(Old No. 350/1993)

Hon. P.C. Verma, A.C.J.

None appeared for both the parties.

I have perused the judgment dated 21.01.1993 passed by Munsif Magistrate, Kotdwar in criminal case No. 246 of 1992 under Section 394/34 I.P.C.

In my opinion, the judgment does not suffer from any irregularity and the revision, therefore, lacks merit.

In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.

(P.C. Verma, A.C.J.)

Dt. 29.12.2003.
