Heard Sri Dharam Veer learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Applicant-accused is brother-in-law of the deceased. He is admitted to bail.
The applicants-accused Manjeet Singh shall be released in crime No. 451/2003 under sections 304-B, 506, 315 I.P.C. and section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act P.S. Nanakmatta, District U.S. Nagar on his executing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., U.S. Nagar.
