The applicant-Mole Singh, who is Jail in connection with Crime No. 1958 of 2006 U/s 376, 452, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Nanakmatta, District-Udham Singh Nagar has applied for bail.

Perused the F.I.R. Accused-applicant has been named in the F.I.R. Counsel for the applicant has argued that no injury has been found on the private part of the prosecutrix. The same has not been disputed by the State Counsel. The medical report also shows the same thing.

Let the accused-applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned.
