Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned Standing Counsel present for the State/respondent nos. 1 & 2.
This court vide order dated 24.09.2013 had directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of `30,000/- on or before 28.10.2013. But the said amount could not be deposited.
The petitioner has now filed an application for extension of the time. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the amount shall be deposited within one month from now.
In the interest of justice, time extension application is allowed.
Petitioner shall now deposit the amount as directed by this Court within one month
i.e. on or before 1[st] February, 2014.
Subject to the modification in the order dated 24.09.2013, the writ petition is disposed of.
