Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already moved one representation dated 06.07.2013, annexure-4 to the writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue his representation.
Without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the claim of the petitioner, petition is permitted to withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. CLMA No. 14423 of 2013 stands disposed of accordingly.
