ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondentpolice for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections420, 468 and 471 I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, seeksanticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as ontoday no complaint has been received against the petitioner andconsequently the question of either harassing or arresting the petitionerdoes not arise at all.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
