The Writ petitioner seeks inclusion of his name as the jointpattadhar in the petition mentioned properties. The matter ispresently pending before the second respondent. The secondrespondent has called upon the third respondent to enquire andsubmit a report. In this regard, the third respondent has sincesubmitted a report dated 13.06.2017 and that is in favour of thewrit petitioner. The petitioner herein has already given arepresentation in this regard to the second respondent. Thecopy of the said representation is enclosed at page 48 of thetyped set of papers.

2. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on thesaid representation seeking inclusion of the writ petitioner'sname as joint Pattadhar in the subject lands by taking intoaccount the report bearing Na.Ka.No.1181/17/m dated 13.06.2017submitted by the third respondent herein. The second respondentshall consider the said representation, issue notice to theinterested parties and pass appropriate orders in accordancewith law, within a period of eight weeks from the date ofreceipt of a copy of this order.
