ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police forthe alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and506(i) IPC in Crime No.265 of 2017 on the file of the respondentpolice, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seekinganticipatory bail.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned GovernmentAdvocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not beenarrayed as accused in Crime No.265 of 2017 on the file of therespondent police station.

3. Recording the said submission of learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
