2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, thepetitioner made an application to the first respondent on19.10.2017 and 23.12.2017 seeking for promotion to the post ofSalesman in the second respondent/society, which has not beenconsidered till date.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writpetition, without going into the merits of the claim made in the

representation, there shall be a direction to the firstrespondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated23.12.2017 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance withlaw, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of acopy of this Order.
4. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of therepresentation dated 23.12.2017 to the first respondentforthwith.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition standsdisposed of. No costs.
