O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ ofMandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and passappropriate orders on the representation dated 23.12.2017 madeby the petitioner.

2. Mrs.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate takesnotice for the respondents and by consent of both sides, themain writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

3. Since the petitioner's post as Jewel Appraiser wasnot approved in the year 1995, there were audit objections inthe second respondent Society with regard to the salariesdisbursed to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner hadmade a representation dated 23.12.2017, seeking for redressal.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits thatthere is an apprehension that the salary might be withheld andtherefore, sought for an urgent order to direct the respondentsto consider the petitioner's representation.

5. In view of the limited prayer sought for in thiswrit petition, without going into the merits of the matter,there shall be a direction to the first respondent to considerthe petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2017, and passappropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, withina period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of thisOrder.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
