The petitioner before this Court is an employee of Public Works Department. He claims particular pay scale which is being denied to him. In this regard, his representation dated 14.03.2015 is pending before the Chief Engineer Garhwal, Public Works Department Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand/ respondent no. 2.
In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed with the direction to the Chief Engineer Garhwal, Public Works Department Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand/ respondent no. 2 who shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
