The petitioner's grievance is that the first respondent hasnot taken any action on his complaint dated 05.12.2019.
2. I went through the contents of the said complaint. Asrightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, it doesnot make out commission of any cognizable offence. As such,therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relief.
