The matter came up for hearing yesterday i.e. 5.8.2003, when we were requested to keep back the mater as the learned counsel appearing the matter was absent. We kept back the matter. However, today, none appears for the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed for default.

We may clarify that this matter concerns revenue and in the circumstances we are not inclined to keep back the matter any further.
