Hon’ble U.C.Dhyani, J.

Mr. Nikhil Singhal, Advocate, present for the writ petitioner.

Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to command respondent no. 1 /1[st] Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Haridwar, to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No. 06 of 2006, Jugul Kishor Gupta vs. Satish and others, pending in the above said Court, as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, notices are not being sent to the private respondents, inasmuch as, it does not lie in one’s mouth to say that any lis pending in any court should not be decided at the earliest possible date.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that above said proceedings are pending since the year 2006 and there has not been any substantial progress in the disposal of the said suit.

Looking at the record of the case, writ petition is disposed of by requesting the respondent no. 1 / learned 1[st] Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Haridwar, to make an endeavour to decide the above said Original Suit No. 06 of 2006, at an early date.

(U.C.Dhyani, J.)
