Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.
As stated by the learned counsel for the parties before this court that a settlement has been arrived between the parties that respondents nos.2 to 51 may be regularised in the service with immediate effect i.e. from today and they will be treated in regular service but the respondents above will not claim for back wages.
In terms of aforesaid settlement between the parties, the petition is disposed of finally.
