The petitioner had given a complaint on 30.11.2019 and it isnot in dispute that the second respondent has received the same,and CSR has also been issued. The second respondent shall take acall in that matter within a period of 14 days. The secondrespondent is not justified in simply keeping the complaintpending.
2. If it discloses Commission of cognizable offence, anF.I.R has to be registered by the respondent and if preliminaryenquiry is warranted, then it has to be held and in any event, afinal disposal has to be given in 14 days.
