By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the impugned order dated 11.08.2003 whereby the petitioner is posted at Kendriya Vidyalaya Lekha Paani, Assam. We do not wish to go into the merits of the charges against the petitioner. Suffice it to state, that the petitioner had some personal problem allegedly, for which he could not report at Kendriya Vidyalaya Leekha Paani. Yesterday, when the petition came up for admission, we inquired as to how much time he needed to report at Lekha Paani. Today, when the matter came up for admission, we are informed that the petitioner is not ready and willing to report at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Lekha Paani. The post is transferable. Hence, we do not wish to interfere with the impugned order.
The writ petition is rejected.
