ORDER : This miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, uponperusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and not appeared forpetitioners in person or through by an Advocate and of not appeared for respondentin person or through by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.07.2023, there was norepresentation for the petitioners, hence the matter was adjourned on 31.07.2023.On 31.07.2023, again there was no representation for the petitioners, hence thematter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.08.2023.Even today (17.08.2023), there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, thispetition is dismissed for default.
