The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners could not state whether the conditional order passed by this Court on 30.12.2013
was complied with by the revision petitioners. He also sought time to verify with his client in this regard.
2. The Registry is directed to get a report as to whether the revision petitioners have deposited the entire decree amount in EP.No.72 of 2013 in NPA-ARB-AS-No.4376/2012 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur as directed by this Court on 30.12.2013 and list the matter on 28.08.2019.
