This petition is finally decided commanding the respondent No.2- Civil Judge (Sr. Division)/Fast Track Court-VI, Dehradun before whom the Suit No. 497 of 2002 is pending to dispose of the same within a period of one and half months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. However, it is provided that till then the parties shall maintain status quo.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of finally.
