This O.P. has been filed to direct the respondent herein to handover the custody of the minor child S.A.Valli Vinothini to the petitioner herein.

2. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the respondent on 01.07.1987 at Perumal Thirumandapam, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District as per Hindu rites and customs. A girl child was born to them on 30.08.1992 and was named as S.A.Valli Vinothini. The O.P. was filed in the year 2003 and at the time of filing the present O.P., the age of the child is 10 years. Now, the child has become major and therefore, it appears that nothing survives any further for consideration of this Court.

3. Therefore, the present O.P., stands dismissed.
