The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to the firstrespondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2011.
2. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohidheen, the learned Additional Government Pleadertakes notice for the respondents. Heard both sides. The learned AdditionalGovernment Pleader undertakes to dispose of the representation of thepetitioner within a period of one month.
3. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along witha copy of this order, to the first respondent, within a period of two weeksfrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of therepresentation from the petitioner, the first respondent is directed toconsider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law,within a period of one month thereafter.4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Nocosts.
