Hon. Irshad Hussain, J. Hon. M.M.Ghildiyal,J.
Heard Sri Rajendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. C.S.C.
The petitioner is a class IV employee and he has been attached with the office of Director, Department of Medical, Health and Family Planning, Dehradun. The contention of the learned counsel is that the petitioner being a class IV employee can not be transferred from one district to another. The representation dated 03.07.2002 was made by the petitioner which is pending disposal.
The petitioner has made some averments regarding his personal family difficulties with regard to his attachment in different district and considering the same, the respondent authorities are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days. With this the petition is disposed of.
