Hon’ble P.C. Verma, A.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Government Advocate.

This is first bail application of the applicant. I have perused the record of bail application. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Kunwar Singh S/o Gopi Singh be released on bail on furnishing adequate surety to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun.
