2. The respondent police has to issue notice under Section 41(A)of Cr.P.C., to the petitioner, to appear before the respondent policeand the Investigation Officer has to conduct the enquiry by strictlyfollowing the procedures therein. The Investigation Officer is toeither register a First Information Report or close the complaint by13.01.2020. If the Investigation Officer has grounds to arrest thepetitioner, then he has to state the reasons in writing andcommunicate the same to the petitioner, and in that case, thepetitioner is at liberty to file necessary application before thisCourt seeking anticipatory bail.
3. With this observation, the Criminal Original Petition isclosed.
