ORDER
The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondentto grant him permission to conduct the petition mentioned event.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. I am of the view that there cannot be any objection forconceding the petitioner's request. However, the respondent isat liberty to impose appropriate conditions for ensuring thesmooth and peaceful conduct of the event.
4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
