The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondentpolice for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 406,417 and 506(i) I.P.C. They have approached this Court foranticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.2. Learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) would submit in hisargument that there is no case and no F.I.R pending against thepetitioners and no case is on hand.
