This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the order passed by this Court in CRP.No. 4090 of 2012 dated 26.11.2012.

On a perusal of records, it is seen that the present Miscellaneous Petition seeking modification has been pending from the year 2013 without any progress and the petitioner has also not taken any efforts till date. Even today the learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to proceed with this case.

In view of the fact that the CRP No. 4090 of 2012 was disposed of in the year 2012 itself and no effective steps have been taken in the present miscellaneous petition till date, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the miscellaneous petition endlessly without any progress. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Petition seeking modification of order is dismissed. The order passed by this Court CRP.No. 4090 of 2012 dated 26.11.2012 shall hold good.
