To stay of all further proceedings in pursuant to order ofmaintenance passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karur inhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/Crl.RC.No. 18/2018, by his order dated 18.05.2018, by whichdismissing the above said Criminal Revision and enhancing the order of maintenance passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur inMC NO. 11/2017 by it order dated 29.12.2017 pending disposal of theCriminal Original Petition Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 20849/ 2018 :

To call for the records of the learned Additional SessionsJudge, Karur in Crl.R.C.No.4 of 2018, by his order dated 18/05/2018,by which allowing the above said Criminal Revision and enhancing theorder of maintenance passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Karur in M.C.NO.11 of 2017 by its order dated 29/12/2017 and setaside the same.
