Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as thelearned counsel for the respondents.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, thelearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submittedthat it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to dispose ofthe representation, dated 28.10.2010, on merits and in accordancewith law, within a specified period.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents,has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counselsappearing on either side, the respondent is directed to dispose ofthe representation, dated 28.10.2010, on merits and in accordancewith law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receiptof a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish acopy of the representation, dated 28.10.2010, to the respondent,https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that thisCourt, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits ofthe matter.

This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.No costs.
