It appears that pursuant to an order dated 20 September, 2004 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench, a sum of Rs. 20,000/- has been kept with the Registrar,Original Side and the same is lying idle and not earning any interest.

Significantly, neither of the parties nor their respective Advocates hadbrought this fact to the attention of this Court.

In such circumstances, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to investthe amount of Rs. 20,000/- in any fixed deposit with any nationalized bank andkeep the same renewed until further orders of Court.

Let this matter go out of the list.
