The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent togrant him permission to conduct the petition mentioned event.

3. I am of the view that there cannot be any objection forconceding the petitioner's request. However, the respondent isat liberty to impose appropriate conditions for ensuring thesmooth and peaceful conduct of the event.
