ORAL JUDGEMENT
This petition is directed against the order of Industrial Tribunal directing to give promotion to Savitriben S. Upadhyaya - respondent No.1 on the post of Assistant Auditor. The only contention which was raised before the Tribunal was that Savitriben was not given promotion at the relevant point of time because one Mr.
Parmar has been appointed on the basis of roster system. It is not in dispute that since then said Savitriben has been promoted and Savitriben's promotion remains unaffected whatever order may be passed in this petition. In that view of the matter this petition does not survive in substance and the issues raised in this petition have become of academic importance. In view of the aforesaid, this court declines to interfere in the matter. Rule discharged.
